General terms and conditions

Transporting people for hire or reward is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles, Capacitaire, VTC and Taxis, can provide this service. Any order placed implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) below. My Dream Driver undertakes to comply with them in their entirety and to do everything in its power to guarantee an irreproachable service to its customers.


Reservation requests can be made online via the website, by telephone or by e-mail.

Rates and payment terms

Our rates are updated every year and are based on a time and attendance scale.
The fare applies to direct non-stop travel from the pick-up point to the drop-off point. All fares are quoted in euros and include VAT.
Our rates include reception on arrival or assistance on departure (port & airport), transportation of the customer(s), the vehicle in perfect working order, the fixed kilometer rate for transportation, 20 kg of luggage per passenger, fuel, the driver, professional insurance for the persons transported, options booked by the customer, 24/7 telephone assistance in French or English depending on the advisor available.
The price of the service includes the transfer with the provision of a vehicle with driver, it does not include tolls and entrance fees to sites (amusement park, museum ect ...).

Conditions of carriage

Vehicles are non-smoking. It is forbidden to eat in the vehicles or to use narcotics.

All passengers, front and rear, must fasten their individual seat belts.

The driver reserves the right to interrupt the service in progress without refund if the behavior of customers jeopardizes the safety and dignity of the driver or other passengers.
Under no circumstances will this interruption entitle the customer to a refund of the service.
Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.
Under no circumstances may the customer require the driver to exceed the authorized speed limit or to commit traffic violations. The driver must respect and ensure respect for the laws in force.


The service consists of transferring customers who have reserved a vehicle in advance by telephone, e-mail or on our website

Reservations must be made no earlier than 365 days and no later than 48 hours before the start of the service in question, and will only be effective if the driver is able to honour the reservation according to his geographical location. Reservations must be made by the customer or by a duly authorized representative.
All reservations must mention :
- Full name or company name
- Customer's e-mail address and telephone number
- Date, time and place of customer pick-up

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic jams, accidents, road closures, etc., which are beyond our control.

Any reservation made implies acceptance of the legal notice and the GTCS.

Customer care

The customer must arrive at the meeting point at the agreed pick-up time.
In case of delay, the drivers will wait no more than 1 hour at the meeting point. The customer acknowledges that in the event of delay, upon arrival, of his main transport (bus, plane, train, etc.), My Dream Driver cannot be held responsible for missed connections.

Booking from an airport

When booking, the customer must specify the airport, the date of the trip, the number of passengers, the expected landing time and the flight number or origin.
My Dream Driver cannot be held liable for any incorrect information provided by the customer (incomplete flight number, date error), nor for any incorrect information concerning the reference flight for the trip.

Booking a provisioning service

Any hour of VTC hire begun will be invoiced in full. Complaints concerning a service or a billing error must be made within 7 days of the service date. After this deadline, all claims will be considered null and void.


In the event of a breakdown during the service, making the vehicle unavailable, and if the two parties do not agree on the provision of another vehicle, the amount of the service will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the time spent, without recourse or compensation for the damage caused.
Unless otherwise specified, our vehicles have a capacity of:
From 4 to 8 adults maximum with 5/8 pieces of luggage 20 kgs max.

Image rights

My Dream Driver reserves the exclusive right to use all photographs taken during the services for promotional purposes.

Modification at the customer's request

Any change requested by the customer during the service will incur an additional charge. (Excluding availability)
My Dream Driver reserves the right to refuse any itinerary changes that might compromise other customers or services already booked at the time of transport.
My Dream Driver cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfilment of the service if the customer has not transmitted information concerning any changes to the reservation.

Cancellation at the customer's request

Cancellation of a booking at the customer's request must be made by e-mail to or by telephone 07 69 02 88 16 no later than 48 hours before departure.

Cancellation at the request of My Dream Driver

Cancellation of a reservation at the request of My Dream Driver will be communicated to the customer at the latest the day before departure or at least 4 hours before departure.

Limitation of liability clauses

My Dream Driver cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (blocked roads, detour, traffic jams, weather conditions, demonstrations, immobilization of the vehicle for various reasons, strikes, exceptional closures of certain sites, etc.), or in other cases of force majeure.
Luggage or any other object belonging to the customer is the sole responsibility of the customer. My Dream Driver will not be held responsible for the theft, loss or misplacement of any object whatsoever left in the vehicle once the service has been completed, and therefore accepts no liability whatsoever. It goes without saying that any item left in the vehicle will be returned to you as soon as possible.
My Dream Driver recognizes the obligation to take the necessary measures to preserve the safety of the vehicle's occupants and reserves the right to refuse any person who compromises the safety and good preservation of the vehicle.
My Dream Driver cannot be held responsible for any accident occurring while boarding or alighting from the vehicle.
The transport of animals (except guide dogs) is normally forbidden unless the company My Dream Driver has been informed in advance and has validated the authorization. No animals will be accepted in our vehicles except in a cage provided for this purpose.


My Dream Driver's liability is limited to the clauses of its insurance contract.

Information Technology and Civil Liberties

The customer acknowledges that personal information has been provided to My Dream Driver for the purpose of making a reservation. The customer authorizes My Dream Driver to hold such information on its computer system.

Disputes and applicable law

These conditions of sale are governed by French law.
Any complaint will only be accepted within 48 hours after the service has been provided. Once this time limit has been exceeded, any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be referred to the Paris Tribunal.
